Since 1920, the Biscuiterie-Chocolaterie Aujoras has ensured artisanal production, guaranteeing quality, of a wide variety of typically Provençal biscuits and sweets.

Imported into Provence from the 17th century, white nougat is one of the 13 Christmas desserts, where, with black nougat, it represents the three wise men. Its soft texture, honey taste and crunchy almonds make it a treat enjoyed at any time.

flour, sugar, non-hydrogenated fat, eggs, water, pasty aurancial and orange blossom water (0.35%).
