Black tapenade cookies

Ingredients

For 12 cookies
  • ½ jar of Fig Confit 140g Jean Martin
  • 1 jar of black Tapenade 110g Jean Martin
  • 150g flour
  • ½ packet of yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 60g parmesan
  • Herbs of Provence
  • Parmesan pieces

Recipe

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a salad bowl, mix the yeast with the flour.

Incorporate the parmesan and the whole egg then mix everything together.

Thin the dough using the Black Tapenade. Add the fig confit and the Provence herbs.

Make a sausage of dough and cut thin slices to place on a greased baking tray, spacing the cookies well apart.

Decorate with parmesan shavings.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
