Ingredients

For 12 cookies
  • 1 jar of Sundried tomato cream 110g Jean Martin
  • 150g flour
  • ½ packet of yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 60g parmesan
  • 60g mild chorizo
  • 4 dried tomatoes
  • Pine nuts

Recipe

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a salad bowl, mix the yeast with the flour.

Incorporate the parmesan and the whole egg then mix everything together.

Add the Dried Tomato Cream.

Cut the dried tomatoes and chorizo into small cubes and add them to the dough.

On a greased baking sheet, place balls of dough, spacing them well apart. Flatten the cookies and sprinkle with pine nuts.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
