Recipe for stuffed with einkorn

Ingredients
For 4 people:- 1 jar of organic einkorn cooked with vegetables 360g Jean Martin
- 1 jar of organic tomato and thyme sauce 240g Jean Martin
- 8 round zucchini
- 180g feta
- Salt pepper
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
After washing them, cut the caps off the zucchini and lightly cut the base. Using a spoon, empty the zucchini, season them and fill them with a spoonful of organic tomato and thyme sauce.
Bake for 20 minutes.
In a salad bowl, mix the spelled with the remaining tomato sauce. Crumble the feta.
After cooking, place feta cheese at the bottom of the zucchini and garnish generously with Petit
spelled with tomato. Cover with hat.
Bake again for 20 minutes.
Vary the vegetables and use peppers or tomatoes!
