Lentils with eggplant cream recipe

Ingredients
For 4 people:- 300g green lentils
or a quick-cooking mixture of red lentils and green lentils - 1 jar of Jean Martin eggplant cream 240g
Recipe
Cook the lentils or lentil mixture then drain them.
Mix them with the jar of eggplant cream in a salad bowl.
Serve cold or warm.
