Black Tapenade Burger Recipe

Ingredients
For 2 burgers:- 1 onion confit 140g Jean Martin
- 1 black tapenade 110g Jean Martin
- 2 veal minced steaks
- 2 burger buns
- 1 tsp thick crème fraîche
- 1 tomato
- sliced goat cheese (volume)
- fresh basilic
- Salt pepper
Recipe
Brown the veal minced steaks in a pan in a little fat: cook them pink. Salt and pepper.
On one half of the burger bun, roughly spread a large teaspoon of onion confit.
Place the steak on top, a slice of goat cheese, a slice of fresh tomato and a few fresh basil leaves.
In a bowl, dilute the 110g black tapenade with 1 tsp of heavy cream.
On the second half of the bun (the hat), place a large teaspoon of this Tapenade mixture and cover the burger.
Place in a hot oven, 180°C for approximately 5 to 8 minutes.
