A great classic from Jean Martin, cooked with fresh eggplant, black olives from Provence and a little garlic, to be prepared in bread accompanied by a tomato sauce with basil from Provence and extra virgin olive oil .

This preparation for Eggplant Bread allows you to make an original recipe for approximately 4 to 6 people.

This kit contains:

• 1 jar of eggplant caviar
• 1 jar of tomato basil sauce
• the recipe step by step

Simply mix the contents of the Jean Martin jar with 6 eggs and 3 tablespoons of crème fraîche, then cook it in a cake mold for 35 minutes in the oven (210°C).

Conservation :
