  • 1 pack Easy preparation for Falafels Jean Martin 340g
  • Aromatic herbs, spices, seeds, cheese, raw vegetables... according to your imagination

Recipe

Alone, with friends or with the children, personalize your falafels according to your taste and desires!

Start by preparing your falafels using the Jean Martin preparation: knead the dough by hand to form balls of approximately 3 cm (approximately 20 balls per jar).

Excellent plain, you can also coat or garnish them in 1,000 possible ways, just before cooking:

  • mix of spices: ras-el-hanout, curry, paprika, ginger...
  • herbs: Provence herbs, parsley or fresh coriander
  • breadcrumbs
  • roasted sesame seeds, cumin seeds, crushed hazelnuts
  • grated or powdered cheese: emmental, parmesan...
  • or by stuffing them with a piece of fresh or dried tomato, cucumber, mozzarella...

Then choose the cooking method you prefer:

  • in the oven (cooking recommended): 15 min at 200°C on baking paper
  • in the pan: 5 min with a drizzle of oil
  • in the fryer: 5 min at 170°C

We advise you to accompany them with a yogurt sauce made from 2 Greek yogurts, half a cucumber seeded and cut into small cubes, a drizzle of olive oil, half a lemon juice, chives, mint or coriander , salt pepper.
