Recipe for Eggplant Riste Tartine with Anchovies

Ingredients

  • Country bread
  • Anchovies
  • Black olives
  • grated cheese
  • 1 jar of Jean Martin eggplant riste 600g
  • 1 clove of garlic

Recipe

Take nice slices of country bread and brown them in the oven.

Rub them with the garlic clove.

Spread a layer of eggplant riste on each slice and place 1 or 2 anchovy fillets, a little grated Gruyere cheese and a few black olives then place in the oven for a few minutes.

Enjoy with a salad.
