Recipe for Goat Bites with Olive Confit

Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 1 Jean Martin olive confit 140g
- 6 small goat cheeses, Cabécou type, or a goat cheese log
Recipe
Unroll puff pastry and cut out circles 5 cm in diameter using a cookie cutter or a cup.
Place the puff pastry circles on a sheet of baking paper and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Spread with Jean Martin olive confit and place a little goat cheese or a slice of log on top.
Grill for a few minutes until browned.
